Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offered warm and clean rooms with a large shower, firm but comfy beds, complimentary coffee/tea, free wifi, and a large TV; however, the room was not ready at check-in time. The service was super friendly and accommodating, but the price of $100/night for a basic kitchenette room felt a bit steep. The location was convenient but not near any other stores, being a 15-minute drive from Victoria harbour. The dining experience had some hiccups with poor service, but the attached bar and grill served fresh croissants. The facilities were adequate and in good condition, offering a decent value for the stay.
The hotel offers warm and clean rooms with large showers, firm yet comfy beds, complimentary coffee/tea, free wifi, and a large TV. The accommodation is pet-friendly and includes a living room, a jacuzzi, a separate full bathroom, and a nice kitchenette, making it a comfortable stay. However, the location might not be ideal for those looking for easy access to stores beyond Costco.
The hotel is conveniently located, with friendly staff and clean rooms. The dining options are limited, but the service is top-notch. The price is reasonable for the amenities offered.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were small and I found it inconvenient that they didn't refill the coffee on the second night. However, my room number was 104, making it easy to access as it was close to the lobby and elevators. The room did get a bit overheated when the heating turned on, which was a bit bothersome.
